Pong Chantalapo
A native of Thailand, Pong first started working in kitchens 14 years ago, and it was there that he discovered his passion for rolling sushi and creating fresh, mouthwatering morsels! He developed a large following of fans and admirers in the Baltimore area, but couldn't pass up the opportunity to open his very own restaurant in Frederick. Situated in the charming historic district of downtown Frederick, Lazy Fish is Pong's first restaurant, and it is truly a labor of love. Pong cannot wait to share his vision for sushi with everyone, so please drop by soon, and come back often!
Great atmosphere. Wonderful servers. enthusiastic and inviting owners. Delicious food and drinks. 100% would recommend. Even if you don't like sushi, they have other choices.
